Many of the items in our catalog are part of seasonal or one-time production runs. Once these items go out of stock they may not be available again. On any item, you will never be billed until and unless the product ships.

Order Confirmations via email
You should receive an order confirmation via email to the email address you provided during check-out.

You should also receive a ship confirmation via email once your order ships. This email will provide you with a tracking number.

The emails are sent from customerservice@dbshoes.net. Please add this to your address book if you have email spam blocker protection. If you have any questions, please call our Customer Service Team at (415) 376-0315. Our hours of service are 10:00am-4:00pm PST, Monday through Friday.

Order Cancellations & Hold Status
In case your order has to be cancelled or is placed on hold, you will be notified via email. If you think you should have already received your order or a ship confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service Team to verify your order. You should always get a notification of any cancellation or hold status.

EXCHANGES

We will be glad to exchange an item for different size or color and ship it back to you at no cost to you. Please write on the exchange form what size and color is needed.

Exchanges by Mail

Box the item including original packaging, enclose the original receipt and the completed exchange form that was included with your shipment. Ship package to:

RETURNS

Return your unworn shoes* to your local DB Shoes store or via mail with the original receipt and box within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will exchange or offer you a refund on your original credit card used for the purchase. Shipping charges and surcharge will not be refunded.
*IMPORTANT:
No credit or exchange will be given if the returned merchandise shows signs of wear or abuse. It will be returned to the original address.

Returns to a Store

Bring the item you want to return in the original box with the original receipt. You also must have personal identification and the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns or Exchanges by Mail

All orders will normally be filled within 3-5 business days.


FedEx/UPS Ground
Shipping is $9.00 for all orders shipped within the 48 continental states. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii additionally incur a $20.00 surcharge. Surcharge will also not be refunded. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail with a FedEx/UPS tracking number. (Please note that it can take the FedEx/UPS tracking up 24 hrs to show the package in the system any packages processed after 3PM PST is considered processed the following day )
Surcharge will also not be refunded.
We do not ship internationally at this time, nor do we ship to military addresses. (AAPO/FPO or others)

FedEx/UPS 2-Day Express
Shipping is $18.00 for all orders shipped within the 48 continental states. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii additionally incur a $35.00 surcharge. Surcharge will also not be refunded. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail with a FedEx/UPS tracking number. (Please note that it can take the FedEX/UPS tracking up 24 hrs to show the package in the system any package processed after 3PM PST is considered processed the following day )
Surcharge will also not be refunded.
We do not ship internationally at this time, nor do we ship to military addresses. (AAPO/FPO or others)

Lost Packages

For your benefit, we ship exclusively through nationally recognized parcel carriers. In the rare event that an insured package is lost or damaged during transportation, we will gladly assist you in processing your claim with the appropriate parcel carrier. To file a claim, you must contact us with the shipment information and details regarding the problem you encountered. Claims for lost packages will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly.

Once I place my order, what can I expect next?

Once your order is placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation letting you know that your order was received. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail with a FedEx/UPS tracking number. (Please note that it can take the UPS/FedEx tracking up 24 hrs to show the package in the system any package processed after 3PM PST is considered processed the following day )

How soon will my order arrive?

All orders will normally be filled within 3-5 business days. Your shoes will than be shipped via UPS/FedEx ground and should arrive within 2 to 10 business days.


What states and/or countries do you ship to?

Shopdbshoes.com ships to all 48 states as well as Alaska and Hawaii. However, there is a surcharge in addition to normal shipping and handling charges for Alaska and Hawaii orders. We do not ship internationally at this time, nor do we ship to military addresses. (AAPO/FPO or others.)
